Teaching Portfolio, part 2: How to write your teaching portfolio

In this workshop we will focus on the criteria used in the appointments process and relate them to your pedagogical background and practice.

A teaching portfolio, or pedagogical portfolio, is a compilation of your teaching qualifications. The portfolio is used for appointments of staff and promotions, as a way of assessing the pedagogical competence. In this workshop we will focus on the criteria used in the appointments process and relate them to your pedagogical background and practice. You will get instructive and practical guidance for your teaching portfolio writing process.

Teaching portfolio, part 2 - How to write your teaching portfolio is the 2nd seminar in the teaching portfolio series. In the first we gave more general information on what a teaching portfolio is. A third workshop, part 3 of the series, will take place in the autumn and there you will get the opportunity to receive feedback on your portfolio.

No sign up needed.

Note: This seminar will focus on appointments and promotions but not the Distinguished teacher ("Excellent lärare") promotion. There is a special seminar series for those of you planning to apply for distinguished teacher promotion.

Welcome!
